Meal Plan add-on
Pregnancy and postpartum is the most nutritionally demanding time in a mother's life, and prioritizing and tracking her diet is often the last thing she is focused on. Part of mothering the mother means taking care of her inside and out, so that she has the energy and to take care of her family.
With that in mind, I offer this service in the first weeks postpartum, designed to fit within your dietary preferences and restrictions:
Every week during our contract you'll have nutritionally rich breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks (maybe even some treats!) to choose from and add into your routine. This add-on is especially beneficial for families who don't have family or friends nearby to help with cooking/delivering homemade meals, for families with older kids already in the home who eat different foods, or for mothers who have very low energy and don't have a meal plan in place for herself. This is not a meal plan for the whole family, rather a supplementation for mom, so that she doesn't have to stress about getting enough of what her body so desperately needs. Included in this add-on is I will be doing the grocery shopping, and if it occurs during a scheduled visit I will also be doing the cooking so you can sit back, relax, and be restored from the inside out.
